- etc. ist ein transdisziplinäres Trio zwischen akustischer Erweiterung, Noise, Elektronik und Licht. Reeds, Innenklavier und selbstgebaute Schaltungen bilden ein fragiles wie eruptives System, in dem Atem, Materialgeräusche, Resonanzen und optische Impulse zu einem lebenden Organismus verschmelzen.
Der Kölner Saxophonist Jonas Engel arbeitet mit erweiterten Spieltechniken, Präparationen und hybriden Instrumenten, um das Innenleben seiner Blasrohre wie Luft, Speichel und Mikrotonalität unmittelbar hörbar zu machen. Die in Berlin lebende Pianistin Anaïs Tuerlinckx zerlegt das Klavier in Rahmen, Saiten und mechanische Fragmente und entwickelt daraus eine rohe, körperliche Klangsprache zwischen Noise, zeitgenössischer Musik und freier Improvisation. Die brasilianische Sound- und Lichtkünstlerin Bella Comsom erweitert dieses akustische Geflecht durch Elektronik, selbstentwickelte Komponenten und räumliche Lichtimpulse, die das Hören visuell aufbrechen und den Raum selbst zum Instrument machen.
Gemeinsam erzeugen sie eine Musik aus Reibung und Feinzeichnung, aus Schwingung, Stille, Materialwiderstand und Übersteuerung, eine dichte, lebendige Improvisation zwischen Körper, Objekt und Elektrizität.

- etc is a transdisciplinary trio combining acoustic expansion, noise, electronics and light. Reeds, internal piano and homemade circuits form a fragile yet eruptive system in which breath, material noises, resonances and optical impulses merge into a living organism.
Cologne-based saxophonist Jonas Engel works with extended playing techniques, preparations and hybrid instruments to make the inner workings of his wind instruments, such as air, saliva and microtonality, immediately audible. Berlin-based pianist Anaïs Tuerlinckx dismantles the piano into its frame, strings and mechanical fragments, developing a raw, physical sound language between noise, contemporary music and free improvisation. Brazilian sound and light artist Bella Comsom expands this acoustic fabric with electronics, self-developed components and spatial light impulses that visually break up the listening experience and turn the space itself into an instrument.
Together, they create music from friction and fine detail, from vibration, silence, material resistance and overdrive, a dense, lively improvisation between body, object and electricity.
