NICA live special 2024

Zum zweiten Mal findet am Vorabend des WINTERJAZZ KÖLN der Konzertabend NICA live special statt. Hier präsentieren sechs von zehn NICA artists aktuelle Projekte und Musik. NICA live special ist nicht-öffentlich und vorrangig für nationales wie internationales Fachpublikum reserviert. Interessiertes Publikum kann sich bis zum 4. Januar per Mail an nica@stadtgarten.de für eine Teilnahme anmelden.

Die Kooperation zwischen WINTERJAZZ KÖLN und NICA artist development hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren bewährt. Insbesondere für ein internationales Fachpublikum hat der Jahresbeginn in Köln mit seinem zweitägigen Fokus auf die junge, innovative improvisierte Musik-Szene an Attraktivität gewonnen.

NICA artist development ist ein Förderprogramm des Landes NRW für Musiker:innen aus Nordrhein-Westfalen, die im Bereich Jazz und aktuelle Musik arbeiten und ihre künstlerische Profilierung und Professionalisierung vorantreiben wollen.

 

NICA live special 2024

On the eve of WINTERJAZZ KÖLN, the concert evening NICA live special will take place for the second time. Six out of ten NICA artists will present current projects and music. NICA live special is not open to the public and is primarily reserved for national and international professionals. Anyone interested in attending can register by 4 January by sending an email to nica@stadtgarten.de.

The cooperation between WINTERJAZZ KÖLN and NICA artist development has worked well in recent years.

With its two-day focus on the emerging, innovative improvised music scene, the start of the year in Cologne has gained particular interest from an international professional audience.

NICA artist development is a funding programme of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia for musicians from North Rhine-Westphalia who work in the field of jazz and contemporary music and want to advance their artistic profile and professionalisation.
